CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Policy To secure your appointment for color or smoothing treatments, a non-refundable deposit of $45 to $60 is required, depending on the service. This deposit is transferable if you rebook within 30 days after canceling. If I need to cancel, I’ll gladly refund your deposit. If the deposit is waived, please note there will be a cancellation/no-show fee of 50% to 100% of the service cost. I understand that life can get hectic! If you can’t make it or will be late, just send me a quick text. You have a 7-minute grace period, but after that, I’ll need to cancel the appointment to respect other clients' time. If there are three no-shows, I won’t be able to book future appointments. Please remember, all charges are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding!
